Freedom, a powerful word capable of holding a different interpretations to each being. Wings, the ultimate symbol of freedom. In this stage of life in the midst of a global pandemic, art has allowed me to reconnect with myself and to dream once again. Art allows me to imagine beyond the limitations of reality, and has allowed me to connect with the ancient pieces of my culture's past. I feel free when I create. I feel one with myself and the 10,000+ ancestors who came before me.
